and also complete CE classes.
What this means is that...............................      

 I'm the President of the Troy Carmen Condo Association and we called on Bob Elliot to do an inspection (Chicago Property Inspection) and I'm not exaggerating in any way that this guy was awesome! He pointed out the exact problems we had with our building (not just the deck) and the actions that would enable us to pass city code/inspection. We put bids out on Bob's recommendations and passed inspection. Thanks again Bob! I still email with Bob here and there, he's not only a dedicated professional but a good friend as well. Highly Recommended!!
