Chicago "born and raised home Inspection"
Born in 1957 at Grant Hospital right here in Chicago I was brought up helping my father take care of Small rental apartment buildings on Chicago's Northwest side in the Portage Park area,and was busy after school and on weekends earning my allowance as a kid by shoveling snow,cutting grass,shoveling coal into boilers and cleaning out vacant residential apartment units.
I actually started in Real Estate at the age of five years old if that experience counts as the beginning of my training.
